If You Scored 14 to 17 points:
You could qualify for a mortgage up to $250,000 with a typical down payment of 10%.

If You Scored 18 to 20 points:
You could qualify for a mortgage up to $325,000 with a typical down payment of 10%.

If You Scored 21 to 24 points:
You could qualify for a mortgage up to $400,000 with a typical down payment of 15%.
