Here’s how it works:
• You send us a file detailing the checks that you have issued.
• Each day, your issued checks are compared with the checks that are presented for payment against your account.
• If a presented item does not match the payee, amount paid, check number or account number contained in your issued items file – or if the presented item is not included in your file – you will receive an email notification of the exception item.
• After reviewing the exception item, you can decide to pay or not pay.
